Coastal Sales Representative – NC & SC | Glass Fabrication & Tempering 

📍 Territory: North Carolina & South Carolina Coast

Fine Tempered – Kernersville, NC

Fine Tempered is expanding — and we’re looking for a motivated, experienced Coastal Sales Representative to help us grow our presence along the NC and SC coast. This is a brand new position, which means you’ll have the opportunity to shape the territory and grow with us from the ground up.

What You’ll Do:

• Build and manage relationships with shower door companies, cabinet makers, furniture manufacturers, glass installers, and other industry professionals.
• Sell our glass fabrication and tempering services, including custom cutting, polishing, and tempering.
• Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and drive revenue growth across your assigned territory
• Represent Fine Tempered with professionalism, responsiveness, and reliability.
• Work independently while maintaining strong communication with our home office in Kernersville, NC.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven B2B sales experience, ideally in the glass, construction, or manufacturing industries.
• Strong ability to generate and grow accounts — and back it up with results.
• Highly motivated and organized, able to work independently without daily oversight.
• Excellent communication, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.
• Must be based in or able to travel throughout the NC and SC coastal region.
